Description:
Participants will be given the opportunity to use Every Child Reads strategies to teach children new words and backgrounds when speaking and reading to children; learn the importance in limiting the amount of time children use the media and how to select and use the media as teaching tools. Door prizes; resources; books, handouts, will be distributed at each session. Attend the entire series to receive an additional collection of books/resources. Due to grant funding restrictions, priority will be given to Dallas County child care providers. Call for today for registration information!
